The Frank Anthony Public School, Bangalore, is one of the most reputed educational institutions in the city. It was founded by Mr. Frank Anthony, an Anglo Indian educationist and barrister-at-law, in 1967.

It is an unaided, minority, educational institution, established, owned and administered by the All India Anglo-Indian Education Institution, New Delhi, which is registered under the Societies Registration Act XX1 of 1960. The school is affiliated to the council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi (I.C.S.E and I.S.C).

The Frank Anthony Junior School situated at Richmond Town, Bangalore, comprises one section from nursery to class 5, which is an extended junior section of The Frank Anthony Public School and is considered as one and the same school, with the same Governing Body, Managing Committee, Principal and Vice-Principal. The Syllabus and the text books studied are the same for both the schools. The students who study in The Frank Anthony Junior School and complete class 5, automatically get admission into class 6 at The Frank Anthony Public School, without any admission procedures or re-admission fees, as both the schools are one and the same under the jurisdiction of the same management. The admission procedures for The Frank Anthony Junior School are conducted by the Principal in The Frank Anthony Public School, 13 Cambridge Road, Halasuru, Bangalore.

The Frank Anthony Public School is a co-educational day school. The students are given an all-round development whereby they excel in academics, co-curricular, and extra-curricular activities and are also trained in leadership skills.
